Property manager is rude! She has no people skills, Maintenance takes forever to come out, the residents are very loud at night. Limited parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying long out here.

Residents now have to pay for water. We don't have our own meters, there's only me and one other person living in the apartment and our water bill is $100 a month. Ridiculous. Residents now pay for all water used on this property. There are no meters for water so residents pay when the grass is continuously being watered and for all the water used in the laundry mat. They simply get the water bill and divide it up equally among all residents. Sounds real fair don't it. Add $100 a month for water. Maintenance now runs the sprinklers continuously. I have seen them turned on friday morning and turned off tuesday evening. They run when it's raining outside. ...
