Smoking is allowed in these units and the smell of smoke comes through the vents and/or walls if your neighbor smokes.

Best in the area
My wife and I lived at Mannington Place for several years before moving out of state. The spacious town homes, good facilities, and super helpful and friendly staff really make Mannington the best in the area in our view. The fitness center and pool area were always well-maintained, as were the grounds. Maintenance requests were always quickly responded to. As we were leaving there was an upgrade program of refurbishments to the decor and equipment of many of the homes. We really enjoyed our... time at Mannington!

Highly Recommend
I have lived here for a year and half and it's been an excellent experience. The property staff from management, office to maintenance are all courteous, professional and responsive. The area is quiet, central, amenities including pool, fitness center and club house are all very nice and kept clean. Highly recommend.

Can't judge a book . . .
Mannington Place lures you in by the beautiful, well maintained exterior. Then there's management: friendly, efficient, dealing with problems quickly and eagerly. They recarpeted and painted before we moved in but a smoke smell lingers. All doors and kitchen cabinets really need updating and upgrading.
Back cover of the book: the pool is large, clean and surrounded with new upgraded lounge furniture. New workout equipment, too !
