This place is TRASH!!!
They don't make repairs, there are boarded up windows, trashy parking lot, leaking ceilings, empty promises and flat out lies about when repairs will be made. Trust me...RUN!!!!

Don't believe the hype!
We have lived here for over five years. The current ownership and management is by far the most inept. The "controlled access" door to our building has been broken for a few months. We have called to have it fixed with no action as of yet. The garbage dumpsters are continuously full and overflowing with garbage piling up all around them! There was a time that I could recommend moving here, but that time has passed.

1st none ghetto apartment
Well this is acutely the 1st apartment i have ever had over $300 and dont have rats. I also cant hear one conversation from the peple above me, its like noone lives there its so AWESOME. I actually have a dishwasher and a full second bathroom with a one person shower in it. Everyone is so nice here the landlord lady is the bomb she helps us help ourselfs. I love my apartment and im very happy i moved here.
