It’s under new management for the 4th time since I’ve lived here. My rent was raised 25.00 and my heater in my bathroom has not been fix for almost a year now. Complained about my electric in my kitchen not working took them 3 days before they sent someone to fix it and had to plug my fridge into a power surge cord so I wouldn’t lose All my food I just bought. People who move in here thinks it’s a party place and don’t clean up after themselves and the parking is terrible. Not worth the 25.00... rent jump I have to pay.

I LIVE AT THE WINDJAMMER APTS. NOW FOR 20 YRS.IT A TWO BEDROOM APT.12FT OFF OF A 10 ACRE SPRING FED LAKE. I ENJOY FISHING,SUNNING AND SWIMMING IN THE CLEAR AND CLEAN WATERS.
