My apartment was amazing upon move in. The community is safe and peaceful with a great school district. The property manager recently organized a community event that me and my family really enjoyed. The maintenance staff is always helpful. In light of these positive experiences,, I wholeheartedly recommend Blendon.

Worst place ever!
Do not ever and I mean ever move here. I had mold in my basement and bedroom. They patched a whole up in my bedroom before I moved in. Whenever it would rain it would rain in my room. When I called them to fix it they came two weeks later and just put some plaster over it. I repeat do not move here worst place ever. All they do is write letters, they don’t fix anything.

Highly Recommend Living Here!
My husband and I lived at Blendon Square for about 2 years. The only reason we left was due to the fact that we bought a house. We had a great experience at Blendon from the day we moved in. Jamall is SO wonderful and helpful, as well as everyone on the team. We rarely had an issue, but if we did they would send someone to fix it the same day and very quickly. Nice pool for the kids in the summer and a great little gym that you can get a quick workout in; made living here so convenient and... enjoyable. Affordable and nice town-homes with a ton of space and very well-kept. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new place to stay.

Basteror
The leasing office staff are rude and disrespectful. The place is bug and roaches infested. Maintenance are also rude and has the audacity to question your complain of a leakage or a malfunctioning appliance. I will not recommend it to anyone. Bad management. I had lived here since 2007 and never experienced bad management like this. They keep increasing rent every year whether you sign a lease or not.

Awesome Value
I've been living here for a year and a half now and I must say this is one of the best communities I've ever lived! Very quiet family oriented community where you definitely get spacious townhouse style home with finished basement. It's very difficult to find rentals with finished basements especially at the value Blendon Square offers! Great pool and fitness area makes this a great area to live!
