Stay away

This apartment management company is shady. They will not maintain the units while charging tenants who move out for the repairs they should be making. Fees and rent have both been increased substantially this past year. They are rude as well.

Dirty management all for money

Living here for the price is a joke. Property manager can't be bothered to make sure anything is fixed or working properly. My heat went out for 2 months and they took weeks to fix it. We had a mouse issue and other more than mouse traps they didn't do anything. We even found their entry point which is a giant 2-in gap behind the fridge between the floor and the wall. It took them 2 years to get this filled. 2 YEARS. When a bat entered our living space, the manager gaslit us- swears that... couldn't happen and there's no way in. The maintenance men showed up with brooms to "look" (aka walked around holding brooms) and told us they dwell in the entry way and "slip in sometimes". So manager was lying . All the appliances are really outdated (late 90s- early 2000s) including the 1 washer and dryer per building that charges over a $1 a load. There is barely parking available. Yet they have the audacity to nickel-and-dime your deposit. Including a $95 carpet cleaning fee. This is typically included in any apartment being prepared for new tenants. Most places would replace the carpet. The carpet is disgusting no matter what they did to it when I arrived. Nothing about this place is pleasant and the management certainly doesn't care about its tenants to take care of anything. Absolute joke of a living space.

scummy

This place gaslights its tenants while ignoring big issues like a bat residing in the bedroom. They literally sent their maintenance men with brooms to check the area. On top of the never resolved mouse issue, I'm pissed this place had the audacity to take a part of my deposit to "fix" the already tacky bathroom counters by slapping more white paint on it. Don't ever count on this place being upfront, empathetic, or honest with you. They don't ever communicate with their tenants but will run... with your money.

Not a very honest place.

Out of a $779 deposit I only got back $395. No matter how good you clean they will still charge you for everything. They will charge you for "Carpet cleaning". That's $95 and apparently it's in the contract. They will charge you for "General cleaning". That's $100. They will charge you to "repair the kitchen counter" aka just paint over it like they've done so many times before. My counter actually had knife marks in it. But white paint makes it better. That paint will cost you $125. I was... charged $30 to replace drip pans for the oven. If you stay here you will see that these are old and have been used repeatedly. So I'm guessing they clean them and say they replaced them. I called management to try to explain that I cleaned that apartment way better than what they are saying. I was laughed at and told they hear it all the time from angry people like me. I never raised my voice once. The last $35 was my fault. I sent a check from Texas too late. If you decide to stay here take pictures of everything. I didn't have any proof that my apartments wasn't dirty.
