Married to her high school sweetheart, Nick Racin, Cynthia chose to retain her maiden name, given her already thriving career in real estate. Hailing from a family of construction experts, Cynthia's background has deeply informed her approach to real estate. Committed to staying at the forefront of her field, Cynthia continuously updates her knowledge through ongoing education in real estate and property management. She has even pursued studies in interior design to better assist her clients in selling or renting properties, directing them to make informed decisions that yield both immediate appeal and long-term results. Cynthia's professional background includes past membership in the ERA and C21 franchise systems, as well as service as a HUD Area Managing Broker.
