I was welcomed with a smile, and my needs and preferences were taken seriously by the staff, who were warm and friendly. Melanie gave me a tour of the property, and I was impressed by the lush greenery. Though the property is older, it is well-maintained! Melanie was charming and personable, and after touring the two-bedroom townhouse, I was smitten. These apartments are stunning, and the... leasing agents are exceptional. Even though I ultimately chose a different option, Melanie made me feel valued as a person, not just a "customer." She was both professional and personable. From my experience, Spring Creek genuinely wants to help you find a home and ensure you have a positive experience, no matter the outcome.

Ideal Location
The community is really well kept. I appreciate that it is a cozy, quiet community tucked away on 15th. I'm close to everything I need AND I have an updated unit. I never thought I could live in a townhome in Edmond and have this kind of community. I am grateful for all the prompt help from the office and maintenance staff as well.

Very friendly and respectful staff
I came in for a walk in tour and was helped by DJ, she was excellent at making me feel comfortable and at home. While I ended up going with another apartment, the treatment I got was still above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Some places you go are unexpected gems! Romantically beautiful, an absolute treat, my husband and I did a tour with Miss. Petrila and was blown away with her kind and welcoming service. Can’t wait to stay here in the future! Just incredible!
