I am going on my fourth year here has a resident. The management and maintenance staff are like family to me. They are always watching out for you and making sure that if they can do anything for you, they will. The grounds are well taking care of and clean. I live by myself, and they are always checking in on me to make sure I'm alright. I've called on one or two occasions to check on my apartment to make sure my garage doors down. I have locked myself out of my apartment and they were there... with in minutes to Let me it. I would highly recommend this place to live.Thanks...

Management is HORRIBLE and she expects you to put a dirty trash can that has been sitting outside for "VALET" trash to pick up inside your apartment until next pickup. They have removed a lot of the dumpsters so even if you wanted to take your own trash out you couldn't. The manager don't care about anyone or anything as long as she is Nickle and diming you for a paycheck. For the price you can find way better without dealing with RUDE management.

Our property management company has policies in place to make sure the property continues to stay a clean beautiful community. Valet trash cans are meant to be used as your kitchen trash can, and each resident is expected to keep it clean as you... would any other trashcan in your home. Fines are in place if violations occur, those fines are determined by Management Company, not the manager, she is doing her job of enforcing policies. Our staff works diligently to ensure all residents have a beautiful well maintained community to call home.

Valet Trash Cans are meant to take place of your kitchen trash can, where you keep it is not managements decision, we require the trashcans not be left outside on your porches.

There is absolutely no way for me to properly describe how awful this place is. I don't even know where to start. There is no parking whatsoever after 5pm. If you're unfortunate enough to have a unit in the middle of the complex, be prepared to either gamble on whether or not (it's luck of the draw) there is a garage near your apartment that they will graciously rent to you for an additional $100~ per month. Otherwise, you'll most likely have to park hundreds of feet away. The walls (especially... on the side facing the stairs) are so paper thin, you will most likely receive noise complaints for simply existing in your "luxury apartment home". When people were walking up the stairs next to my bedroom, I could hear not only every step, but I could hear every single word they were saying. Would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.
