This complex is small and quiet, the closets are very big and good for extra storage space. They recently got a new maintenance that seems very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Really good feeling about this place so far

Unprofessional and inept management
I feel the need to warn people not to live here. The new manager is unprofessional and seems unable to get maintenance issues taken are of. I’m having issues that so far I cannot get resolved. Meanwhile I watch the maintenance man literally raking dirt and picking up leaves. What the heck??? I’m at a loss for what else to do. It feels so bad to live here. Management does not care about tenants.

Unresponsive management
I have had a service request in for literally six months and management has failed to fix my problem. Maintenance is a revolving door of ineptitude. High rent, broken facilities. Do not recommend.
