The apartments are nice and newly renovated. The maintenance people are professional and have taken care of problems I've had same day.The staff is really nice, attentive make you feel at home and have gone above and beyond when it comes to helping out tenants. Would recommend to friends and family

They have roaches, let sewage go into your tub & leave it for most of the day & literally charge you more than what you sign for.

This place has taken over and are rude, and don't respond to critical problems or even emails. They are hiking the rent up and the place is deplorable. Nothing works right, is not repaired right and is crawling with ants and the windows are super thin and break all the time. The heat and air cannot keep up and the utility bills are high. Laundry rooms are filthy and don't work and are flooded. Good reviews on here are from 2018 when this new company was not even here and they are terrible. The... grounds are always filthy and homeless people are allowed to come and go in many of the apartments. I have never seen such filth and poor and rude management. Can't wait until my lease is up. I have never in my life dealt with an apartment manager so rude until I met Priscilla. She thinks she runs everything. The apartment was given to me and not made ready. It has a flea and bed bug infestation. I got confirmation from the check list in the mail from when the last tenant stayed. The gate on the patio is not secure if you have children which sets by a Lake. I contacted corporate, they never call you back should you have to go over Priscilla's head.
