Booked a tour and went to the address they gave us in a text message which took us to a Nursing Facility a few blocks away from the actual office which we found by looking them up on Google. The phone number was headquarters so we couldn't even call to check in. Once we got there, we were told that they were renovating and so the prices would go up by the time we actually looked to move in. My water heater hasn’t been working for over a month now. I can’t do dishes, wash bottles, cook dinner for my family and kids.

This apartment is as close as you can come to living in a condemned apartment, nothing works. The should just demolish it and use the space for something better.

I just recently moved into these apartments and I am already wanting to get out of my lease. So many things have gone wrong since the moment we arrived. The office staff seemed to be clueless of what was going on and did not have the paperwork prepared for us upon arrival. They “ran out of” mailbox keys. We have so many bugs/pests entering our apartment. The carpets are stained. Light fixtures don’t work. Water has been off practically since we moved in. Neighbors are trashy and loud. No laundry in the units or on campus, the office staff is rude, hidden move out fees, horrible neighborhood kids who break windows, water gets turned off whenever, they don’t pay the trash bill…so many reasons not to live here
