Apartment wasn’t fully ready to move in, still a lot that needs to be fixed, plumbing is ridiculously outdated and floods apartments, and the laundry room is NEVER open. New manager NEVER does anything about residents disrupting behavior. Cops are called for disturbances, but don’t show up… Terrible apartment complex with lazy people in charge. Only care about taking your money and making the place LOOK nice. I would never recommend anyone live here! Just find another apartment complex because... this one isn’t it.

Haven't Had a Heater in Months
Our heater broke in October. They cut the lines so we couldnt turn it back on because it had a gas leak. They gave us a couple space heaters and promised us a new one, but that was before thabksgiving. Tomorrow is New Year's Eve. I have a toddler that's had a cold for a month, and even with the space heaters they gave us it's 55 degrees in here. Also, roaches, mice, spiders, bedbugs, any creepy crawlies you can imagine and they turn the water off constantly. The neighbors are the friendliest... people I've ever met and I have yet to see a disagreement between anyone but that is the only bright spot. Don't do it.
