My apartment had a few things wrong with it when I moved and was not completely clean but I have cleaned and have had the maintenance come out quite a few times to fix things and is usually the the same or next day when it comes to fix things. The area is quite and is walking distance from the grocery store and the highway is nearby

Don’t ever expect to get a deposit back
Good luck trying to get a deposit back from here, no one from here ever gives a straight answer or is accountable. They’re quick to take your money but good luck trying to get back what is yours!

DO NOT BELIEVE REVIEWS WRITTEN BY MANAGEMENT
This place is terrible - I cannot recommend looking elsewhere enough. 4 managers in a few months, trashy property, grocery carts and trash left everywhere, and Nidia the manager will continually lie straight to your face!

very nice, quiet and conveniently located close to everything, well maintained grounds, nice pool, the manager Danielle is friendly and helpful. I would recommend living here to friends and family!
