I absolutely love my apartment complex! The gym is fantastic - it's well-equipped and perfect for my workouts. The pool is a great spot to cool off during the hot summer days, and the grill area is perfect for hosting BBQ parties with friends. But the best part is the breathtaking view from my apartment. Waking up to such a beautiful sight every day is truly a dream come true. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Highly recommended!

It Really Is Great Here!
I had been researching The Regency for nearly a year and finally moved in On July 2023.
Most people know about The Regency as having a poor reputation and I too read those very poor reviews over the years. But then new ownership took over in August 2022 and from talking to long term residents and reading current reviews, I could tell things were on the upswing, even before I moved in.
Is it perfect? No way. But the progress the new owners have made, and continue to make, are turning the... page on the negativity that surrounded The Regency. There's still MUCH to be done. But the new ownership group seems to be focused to make this the best place to live in Downtown OKC
Let us not forget the gorgeous views of the OKC skyline. I got lucky with a corner apartment that faces south and west…breathtaking.
I could go on and on about the positive experience I’m having by living at The Regency, but I would be amiss if I left out a mention to the awesome staff! Lori, Erin, Diego and all of the other staff are not only very friendly, but very helpful as well. They listen and immediately get to work if something needs to be done. Kudos to them!

Dishonest
Terrible customer service and the lease agreement is written to where they can legally lie to you about policy and not do what they told you. The water gets shut off at least 2 times per week and they will never offer discounts for extreme inconveniences. The laundry room was innapperable for months and no deduction on rent even though facilities in rental agreement are not able to be used. The elevators are always broken. I never had a maintenance request completely resolved. I could add much... more. Would not recommend this location or any other managed by tribune capital. They operate dishonestly.

Unfortunately, this previous tenant is upset because we would not let her out of her lease on her terms. She tried to manipulate the lease and us. We held her accountable according to the lease agreement & she is NOT happy with that at all. Our... Lease is a fair housing lease, it is fair for both tenant & owner. We are customer service ordinated, we love our tenants, and we do our best to accommodate each one as needed. The statements she has posted are things that have happened here before we took over the property - which was over a year ago (9/1/2022). since we took over, ALL those things she has mentioned have been completed repaired or replaced and they do not occur. The Regency is the Best downtown living experience you will have. Read the other reviews from happy tenants and check us out, schedule a tour and see for yourself.

Dishonest management
Lease agreement is written to make it legal for them to misinform you about their policies and not have to do what they tell you. They will ignore your attempts for resolution and charge you late fees but never offer any rental deductions when facilities are not operating correctly. The water gets shut off at least twice a week. The laundry facilities caught fire and they did not have it back running for several months, never offering anything to make up for ruined clothing or the cost of having... to go to a laundromat off site. The elevators are always broken, and you will regularly be waiting over 20 mins for an elevator. People have gotten stuck on the elevator. The loading dock for moving in an out is dangerous and the steel ramp shoots out of the holder and drops over 6 feet. It weighs well over 200lbs. When I talked to the leasing agent about it, he started yelling at me and only stopped because my boyfriend showed up during the altercation. The hallways always smell terrible and all they do is spray air freshener that last a few hours despite multiple work orders. There is dog crap all over the ground on the property and it had never been cleaned up the entire time I lived here. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, or any property managed by tribune capital management. The property manager was well aware of what I had been told by multiple leasing agents and never said anything to clarify until it was the day that I would conveniently be contractually obligated to pay the remainder of my lease in full, when I could have been out of my lease two months prior, if I hadn’t been lied to. If you must rent here only have discussions in writing with the property manager because that is the only way they might do as they say. I was kind and polite through all of these events. They’ll ignore your attempts for resolution and charge you late fees while you’re waiting on a response. The corporate office won’t receive certified mail to avoid having to take any accountability. They will take as much money as possible from you.

We are very sorry she feels that way! We have a buyout option for every lease - in case something comes up and you must move before your lease is completed. She didn't want to pay the buyout fee and tried other methods, which did not work out. Late... fees apply to everyone who is late on a certain date, just like other communities. Yes, our laundry facility did catch on fire due to neglect from another tenant. We had to wait on contractors to put it back together & City inspectors to reopen it -that was out of our control & it was only down for a month. ALL the elevators (5) have been remodified and occasionally one will break down but our Elevator company responds very quickly even after hours. We also had our loading dock Rebuilt just last year. this tenant is upset because we would not let her out of her lease without paying the buyout fee. Please see other tenant comments - most tenants are very happy here. The Regency Is a great place to live!!
