Lived here for a year the building is in bad shape.. Management is not great either they’ll tell you there’s nothing they can do. The water goes out at least once a month so just keep a gallon under the sink for a bird bath. Expect the water to be out for a few days at a time since the plumbing is old and it usually takes them awhile to fix it. The A/C and furnace are old as well so make sure they service your condenser or your unit will freeze in the summer time. Some of the front doors are... paper thin so you can hear everything from the hall. The windows are really old with broken seals so your heat & air will escape and they don’t lock. The shared unit washer are always busy and it’s and extra expense. My advise is to look else where and pay close attention to your contact because this place will end up being more expensive and frustrating than expected. To fellow renters please keep looking and do not get taken advantage of like I did. I hope my review is helpful.

Awful
The water has been shut off multiple times with no warning at all so when I go to get ready for work I can't get a drink, shower or anything else that requires water. They're also extremely rude any time you go in to the office or even call them. One of the reviews on here is extremely fake and obviously made by the management team as well. Neighbors having parties every weekend and yell all night long. Theres a man that has loud speakers in his car and every day at five he blares his music... and it viberates the entire building. I can also never find parking because people either have residents that aren't on the least there all the time or have 3 cars. The mantance people are nice how ever that's the only thing nice I have to say.

Quiet Adult Living
This is one of the ultimate little known communities in the area. This not too large community offers well maintained and moderately priced 1 and 2 bedrooms. Great management team. Shopping, varied services and eateries within walking distance. Major highways within 5 minutes. Keyed entry on most units. Energy efficient and spacious. Gas fireplace, gas cooking, individual patios and 2 very inviting pool aeas. Residents pay the electric only. I love it here!
