Living here was the same at living at a construction site. Constant harassment. Constant water shut offs. The management wont answer phone and are worried about potential renters. Then they throw a 790 move out charge at me for the most bogus reasons, WHILE still keeping my deposit which was around 500!!!!

Woodlaand Trails is a great place. It IS a rather large c ommunity, but well maintained and quiet. The "trails" part is for real. There are walkways (trails) between the buildings. Cuts down on time to get places and they are really pleasent walks. I love it.

Kevin really helped me out when I needed it! I had a maintenance issue late at night and he was there right away. I’m really happy with my apartment and how on top of things they are here
