Current renter & the management is terrible, never anyone in the office let alone picking up the phone. Maintenance hardly ever fulfills request, no matter the urgency of the request. BUGS, BUGS, BUGSSS in every crevice of my apartment. Roaches, centipedes, grasshoppers, spiders, you name it- it’s here. Pest control is non existent- I spent over $100 the first month on my own bug killer & it’s never enough. The parking lot has many holes & dips that will wear on your tires. Trash regularly... spilling out the dumpster & no night time security. The only bright side is that the neighbors are friendly & it’s quiet at night. Only move here out of sheer desperation, I’m willing to lose my deposit to move early at this point.

Renters Beware
Legacy @La Hacienda was not a bad place to live, we lived there for about a year and a half, but upon moving out they want to charge you excess fees. We did our walkthrough and the lady said our apartment was clean and always was a model apartment and made it sound like we would only be charged for minor paint touchups, but then they want to hit us with $925 in fees such as cleaning the apartment ($200), carpet cleaning ($125), and a full repaint of the apartment ($600).
The apartment was... spotless upon moveout, we spent an entire day there cleaning carpets, the floor, baseboards, windows, windowsills and everything to make sure it was left in an equal or better condition than when we received it, so the cleaning fee of $200 made no sense. We argued this to them and got the $200 cleaning dropped (after multiple attempts). The carpet was also spotless and upon inquiry all they had to say was "we do this for every apartment when a tenant moves out". That's fine, but I don't want to pay for your normal maintenance items. If I trashed the carpets or left a stain on them then that would make sense, but me paying for you to clean a already clean carpet makes no sense and if you want to do that then you should bare the burden of that cost. For the walls we had filled nail holes used to hang decorations and they charged us $600 to repaint the full apartment, but at they walkthrough they said they would just charge for touchups. Upon asking they could give no clear answer as to why they did the whole apartment instead of touchups and could care less about reducing the fee to an amount that would reflect a touch up. Overall, I would not choose to rent here again due to bad faith on their end. If they would have been upfront and discussed these items with us at the walkthrough then we could have hashed them out there. Instead we spent 3 weeks trying to contact them and they were near impossible to reach. I just ended up paying the fees in the end.
Other items to note: They like to add "amenities" to the apartment, but they just add that bill onto your lease. They do not let you opt out. I'm sorry, but that is not an amenity, that is a burden on the apartment owner. Especially when we did not use these so called amenities.

Stay Away
Constant bug problem. They never get rid of them then want to charge more money if they don’t agree it’s an issue. The bug crew works for the apartment and tells the manager whatever they want to hear.

Very quiet, only a couple issues
Overall this is a good place to live. The only main issue I have is that I feel like as a 22 year old kid I don't get taken very seriously , and as such I have had to wait over a month for some maintenance issues (tub won't drain, garbage disposal doesn't work, etc .) However, the landlord is a very nice lady, and they are very much so willing to work with people. Definitely a great place to stay and save money for a better apartment.
