Wonderful staff that is very helpful and kind. Great quiet neighborhood and not too far from Tulsa or Sapulpa. Grounds are kept clean and apartments themselves are very nice.

I lived in a different state and didn’t get the opportunity to tour the place in person and just went with my gut, and I gotta say it was the best decision I’ve made! The ladies at the main office are extraordinarily efficient and super friendly yet serious when it comes down to business. The maintenance staff know what they’re doing and take care of work orders the same day they’re put in. Neighbors are super nice and very quiet. Dog and cat friendly. The community is gated and for a single... woman in her early 20’s, I def feel safe living here. Lawn is very well kept all around. They also have really cool activities going on from time to time for example they recently did a chili cook off and there was a prize for the winners. Every year on my birthday, they go above and beyond to write you a cute little birthday card. It’s the little things that count!
