The maintenance man (Pat) was great helping me out to get my door unlocked he help me in the middle of the night in the cold he did a good job.

Other than the roach issue I love it here. The apartment itself is the perfect size for Macie and I. I love the storage closet because it is huge. It's evident the complex is over 40 years old but they have done a great job updating it. I wish my patio was enclosed but other than that I'm happy here.
The staff is awesome. They are all extremely nice & professional. They frequently do things for the residents such as cook-outs, Cookie Day, Movie Night, Halloween Pictures, Bingo, Scavenger Hunts... and Cutest Pet Contest. Speaking of pets, I love that this is a pet lover's community. Macie is generally with me when I go to the office & they make her feel so welcome. They speak to her just as they soak to me. Love th dog park & although I've not used it yet, I love the gym.

Cascades of Southern Hills is a beautiful, safe, and quiet community. Management is very kind, accommodating, professional regarding leasing applicants. I would recommend this communities for young to middle age adults who require average apartment amenities.

Living at Cascades Apartments has been a good experience. Parking is close and covered. I have had a couple maintenance requests,and they were taken care of. I have a one bedroom apartment. Since I live alone it is plenty of room for me. Overall I have no complaints!
