Everything here is great. The staff, the amenities, the layout all great. Unfortunately the parking issues requires me to only give 3 stars. There is no regulation on how many cars per apartment. Constantly having to park buildings away. Cars park right up front and literally not move for months. Something needs to be fixed.

Waitlist
We’ve toured this complex multiple times while apartment hunting. After a while of searching, we decided to go with Cedar Ridge for its location and beautiful aesthetics. We got in touch with management and were told on multiple occasions that there were going to be a few openings within the next couple months. We decided to wait until one was open because we liked the design so much. We had been waiting around a month (while calling and checking almost daily to obtain a spot) when we called and... we were told there was a waitlist of 20 people ahead of us. We had not been told this in the previous calls and conversations, and as soon when we actually were told this we had already passed up on numerous opportunities from other complexes. The most frustrating part is that we had our minds set on waiting for these apartments and after months of waiting we were told that there was a waitlist. I understand that they are completely maxed out, but it would’ve been responsible and respectful as a company to inform us that they have now have a waitlist and that we likely won’t get an apartment until January. Now we have to determine what we want to do now that our plans were utterly ruined. Honestly, it was just a huge waste of the past 3 months.

It's ok
The fence around the dog park is useless for keeping our small dog from crawling underneath iit.The clubhouse closes too early; can't play pool, or use computers after 5. There is no way to enter or leave the property on foot or by bicycle from the eastern gate. You are forced to use the main entrance only. Also, not enough parking places.

Thank you for your feedback! This helps us know any areas we are able improve on within our ability. The South gate does exit to a street that leads to Garnett to the East or to the West into a neighborhood and church next door. There is congested... areas of the parking lot due to being at full occupancy. We would be happy to place you on our garage wait-list if you would like? Unfortunately there are a couple amenities that are within the clubhouse and only able to be used during office hours; We are open until 5:30 Monday-Thursday 8:30-5 on Friday and 10-5 on Saturday. However we do provide free Wifi in the pool courtyard for you to utilize at any time. Once our city gets back to a normal pace we will also be able to have resident events and utilize some of these amenities after hours. The dog park courtyard has seen some ground movement with rain and settling from construction. There is some fence adjustments are being done very soon. Worst. Parking. Ever.
Great management & nice apartments; worst apartment parking I’ve EVER encountered. If I had to park one, two, even three buildings down I’d understand. But I am constantly having to park halfway across the complex. 90% of the time I can’t even see my apartment building from my parking spot. Keep this in mind if you have any issues with mobility.

AMAZING
This place is the best bang for your buck in all of Tulsa. my wife and I searched high and low all over Tulsa at over 15 apartment complexes. this one is the one that stood out by a mile! it is beautiful and absolutely amazing! definitely would recommend.
