Manager maintenance negligence

Been here since July'2020, April 2022ac unit started leakinb causing deadly mold, mushrooms growing in my carpet and maggots feeding off the wet sheetrock causing respiratory issues that has repeatedly needed Dr attention with meds, I made management aware if this immediately and was ignored numerous times after phone calls and emails, finally in AUGUST, yes 4 months later a temporary m maintenance man took it upon himself to come and try and handle the situation cutting out only the discolored... parts of the sheetrock and mudding and taping the best he could to blend the sheetrock that was still not treated for the mold two days later he quit due to management telling him that he should have left it alone since then no one has came until December 1st 2022 and only cut off pieces of the sheetrock that once again has not been treated and is now airborne in my apartment we are still sick from all of this we will remain sick until it has been treated and taken care of including all the walls in this home. I have never in my life seen such negligence or heartless individuals who do not care about their tenants

Poor office staff

The office staff doesn't seem to care about complaints from the tenants regarding noise, mailbox break ins, lack of respect from other tennants in regards to visitors (aka people who live with other tennants but claim to be guests), drugs, crazy tennants running around screaming about killing things or driving through the small parking lots at about 70 mph, etc.

Call
