Worst apartments in town

They are literally rundown little apartments in the worst part of the city. Constant crime and cops.

Great place

Maintenance has always been on top of things. The remodeling is underway and going great. Yes there is noice but construction will always make noice, it is called growing pains. In order to make the complex stand out and be the best in the community, it takes time. If your not happy I doubt you will be any where. But by all means if your not happy then move.

Don’t stay here

I wouldn’t recommend staying here.. it’s family owned so they will LIE and COVER for eachother.. the maintenance orders are never filled there’s water links through out the walls… the floor is slanted.. half the reviews on this place are fake.. lol cus they don’t fix anything..

Newish

If anything breaks nothing. If it does it's a lot later than you think. When maintenance is working they will make a lot of noise outside or inside. They always let you know when rent is coming up but never when something is getting done.
