Roaches, brown recluse spiders, ants, bees and scorpions EVERYWHERE! Black mold growing on all the walls and floors from continuous flooding issues due to broken pipes. AC never works- almost everyone here is without AC because maintenance does band aid fixes and Vesta can't be bothered to actually replace anything broken. Police are here often due to the illegal activities that go on including gang violence, drug trafficking and vehicles being broken into and vandalized. The office management... is rude and unhelpful. Please take your family elsewhere!

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!
Roaches, scorpions, brown recluse spiders, bees, flies and ants EVERYWHERE! AC never works, black mold everywhere due to numerous floods from broken pipes, trash all over the parking lot, and maintenance only does bandaid fixes. Everyone in the office is nice until you actually live here. Please take your family somewhere safer!

Avoid the management company
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Vesta Realty and all of their properties are the sleaziest apartments in Oklahoma. Front office will lie about anything just to get you out of the office. Maintenance will not fix anything without hounding the property owner but even then stuff goes months without a fix. They have whole units with no power that they aren't doing anything about. My AC was out for a month and a half and the team just closed the ticket without doing any work. I FINALLY got them to look at... the AC only to determine that it was broke and then they left. A new owner and entire new staff is about the only thing that would redeem this place.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
I've lived here for more than 7 years and it's gone downhill since the new management took over. I've been without A/C since 08/01 and still haven't seen anyone. They keep stating they will send someone but nothing!! It has been 95 degrees in my apartment for 4 days!! Plus, all of my diabetes supplies are ruined now. I seriously advise to look somewhere else!! This place doesn't care about their residents at all!!

Maintenance
This place is not good at keeping up their apartments and ground maintenance. The fences around patios needed to be repaired, the lawns inside the patio areas have grass 2-3 fr high. Half the gates are falling apart. When repairs needed are reported you have to hound them for months to get anything fixed. If an a/c goes out on a saturday night or a sunday with over 100 degred heat index you have to suffer because they have no emergency contact to fix it. Need new property owners who care enough... to put their self in a renters position and take better care of the rental units.
