I moved in 2 years ago and the still haven't fixed the flooring that was supposed to get replaced on my first week. I was forced to drive to mommy and daddy's to have a shower because maintenance decided to take my shower apart for a week and ended up doing nothing for our poor downstairs neighbors. When you call for maintenance they dont show up till days later unless you find one of the guys and ask them to do it yourself. Let me be clear the maintenance team is not the issue the people in the... office are. They only have a couple of workers so there isnt enough to go around the have too many things to do. The neighbors are hit and miss. There is dog poop everywhere they dont clean up after themselves. They didnt empty the pool during last winter so it became green and nasty looking. I only have about 4 perfect working outlets in my apartment out of about 12. The most recent thing to happen is that i cannot use my dishwasher because it is leaking to my poor neighbors ceiling. They have not checked it out since they told me not to use it. It has been a week. If Lynco was to change office crew again id hope the people get their act together its in a prime spot but due to poor management it is not worth what i am paying.

Great affordable apartments
I've been here since March 2012 since then the complex has went through many changes and the changes keep getting better. From new management to new paint and later this year resurfacing the parking lot. I continue to resign leases here because of the convenience, I feel safe at night, price and awesome staff. I've rarely had any issues and when I do they're fast to fix it. In fact I just signed another 12 month lease. So here's to 4 years in the complex.

bugs!!
Overall good but on the lower level big water bugs and spiders get in no matter what a lot even if u spray
