It's within walking distance of three grocery stores, a hardware store, two Banks and a few restaurants. It's convenient to traffic and within a 2.5 miles of an upscale shopping center as well as just down the street from the shops at Brookside. They keep it clean and maintenance is done promptly and professionally. I'll be signing my fourth lease in a couple of months because I like it very much.

I've only lived here for about 3 weeks, but Chris is absolutely amazing and has helped make this transition for me really smooth. I love my neighbors, so far, and I'm really happy with this place. Very cozy and charming.

I went to view this property and the management was very kind and helpful. This would be a great prospect for those looking for an apartment. When a tenant moves out they do a deep clean and do not hesitate to replace items that need an update. They continue to make the property better for its tenants with constant improvements. When walking around with management tenants gave him a big hello and he knew each one by name. This property showed that they care for the well being and safety for... their tenants. It takes a lot of pride in their properties.

I have lived here for 4yrs and went through 2 property management, this one has been the best thus far. Maintenance issues are taken care of better. The manager is AWESOME. He is personable and he genuinely cares. I love the neighborhood. Everything is in walking distance, from groceries to restaurants. I would recommend this property to make as your new home.

It is located within walking distance to all kinds of shopping. I am comfortable and at ease with the security. One of the best assets would be the Property Manager! He is very dedicated and goes above & beyond!!! The maintenance personnel are awesome as well. I would recommend Village at Brookside to everyone!
