My roof has been leaking since I Moved in, it’s been almost 6 months and it has never been fixed. On the “remodeled” units it’s just old cabinets painted white you can even see the brush on the paint, very cheap job. Also on summer the pools are always dirty

I’ve lived here a little over a year now. It is so peaceful and quiet. The amenities are wonderful with the workout center and the pools not to mention the wonderful views.. I love the management here they have always been very helpful and kind.. I plan on staying here for a very long time.

We moved into the vintage in August the hottest day of the year everything is really nice and helpful. We were looking for three bedroom and they had one and even found one on the bottom floor cuz I'm disabled. It has a bit of a hill or a very big hill but the view is really nice there's trees everywhere. Valet trash pickup almost every day which we like because we don't have to gather just once a week. The few issues we've had they came fixed right away. They are cat and dog friendly as well... which was very helpful for me. The only problem that I've really felt that is hard for me is that they need a another handicap parking near my apartment and we're waiting on that but they are trying to do that too I think because it does get filled in very quickly in the evenings at the parking lot.
