Our cars keep getting messed with, we've had several hit and run damages to our vehicles and multiple scratches. Kids keep throwing rocks at the doors and pest control is not that great. If you do have issues don't turn it into the office cuz they won't do anything about it!

I moved in back in May & discovered after a few months we had mold. We called & made a report but all they did was take pictures NOTHING ELSE. Now its been 3 months & we still have mold! Please don’t move here

Unfortunately, we move to ROACHES and an abundance of them. We call and complain, they send pest control. You can smell the roaches when you walk in. Also, neighbors have pit bulls that are not on leashes. Which is extremely dangerous for those tenants that have young children. I am certain someone has complained and probably management didn't address that issue. In addition, I had no hot water for 3 days. Thank God it is the summertime. The roaches is my biggest issue, who wants to live in a... complex with roaches? I felt management knew this unit was infested with roaches and failed to inform us. These are the worst apartments I get ever lived in. My car was broken into, they do not maintain them, they don’t replace carpets when people move out, the maintenance DOESNT show up for days and when they do come into your apartment they leave every light on. They let me go days without a heater in the winter when I had a newborn child. The water goes out at least three or four times a year all together and at least five times in a year we were without hot water.
