We just moved in here a couple weeks ago and it is everything that we have wanted in an apartment. The management is wonderful very easy to talk to and everything that we needed done has been done I highly recommend it.

Worst apartments ever
During our time here we experienced: a sewer main back up, neighbors who let their dog poop in common area near our windows and didn’t clean it, neighbor’s smoking near our windows (it’s a non smoking complex) a rat problem, garage door malfunctions, lack of parking, construction that made the club house, pool, and gym unavailable since August 2019, management that made up false violations, accusations, and even tried to call the police when we told her we would report her to her supervisors.... They lost our paperwork more than once, and generally are difficult to get ahold of.

Poorly Maintained
We have been here for 3 years. The property was bought out by a new company. The maintenance on the groundwork has slowly declined since the change. They have stopped clipping back or maintaining any of the shrubs on the property to save money. They no longer have an employee on hand every day also an attempt to save money. The office has been under construction for 7 months. And the building looks a terrible mess. All of the walkways to people's apartments are so overgrown with badly maintained... bushes that you can hardly walk on them. In short the new company clearly has there priorities elsewhere & not on the tenants that are already living their.

On behalf of your frustrations, I want to acknowledge and... apologize for not meeting the high standard we pride ourselves on. I am sorry that your experience with us has been less than favorable. We will take your feedback under advisement and hope to improve in those areas in the near future. The NEW clubhouse, game room, fitness center, yoga room, kitchenette, coffee center, outdoor barbecue, outdoor fire pit, outdoor lounge area GRAND OPENING is nearing. The facilities will be available for use as of Saturday, March 28th, 2020. Thank you for your patience. Delay's are hard to anticipate, and I know this project took longer than anyone had hoped it would take, but I do think everyone will be happy with the 2 million dollar facility updates. Again, thank you for your feedback and we hope to improve your rating of us in the near future.
