Laundry mat is dirty, half the washers and dryers are not working. It hard to get a straight answer from the landlord or management. Rules are always changing. Your rent checks take weeks before they deposit your rent check. There is a mold problem so if you are concerned about living with mold and black mold, don't move here. There is too many problems to list them all.

HORRIBLE UNSAFE PROPERTY
Management company makes living in peace impossible. Multiple inspections a year. Looking into your cupboards and any possible place. Writing you up for normal living and telling you how to live. No toys even allowed on floor during inspection when your children are there playing. Mold, rats, lead, new predator towing company (being called on tenants by management), no privacy, old falling apart apartments that are NOT worth the rising prices. They are running out the older tenants to get in... new ones at the higher price. DO NOT MOVE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!! NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND ANXIETY AND HEALTH ISSUES.
