These reviews are misleading.

Roaches, terrible management, aweful maintenance. I was literally told my outlet starting on fire wasnt an emergency. They will "lose" your payments then charge you late fees. They dont post the utilities on time so they can charge late fees. Landlord special apartment quality

A home is supposed to be where you de-stress

Does the opposite of de-stressing.
Serious issue with insulation and ventilation in some parts of the apartment. Will damage property permanently. Forced to throw away or sell. Health being affected.
The inspection team is edgy and rude and lies.
They refuse to care about your welfare.

Regarding the issue you've raised about organic growth, upon reviewing the situation with our maintenance...
supervisor during the inspection, we did not observe any evidence of regrowth after the initial remediation performed several months ago, nor did we identify any moisture issues within the closet area.

We also appreciate your willingness to provide photos from the initial report. However, to address the situation thoroughly, we would need photographs specifically showing the growth on the wall itself, which we understand were not provided. Moving forward, we encourage you to continue monitoring the situation closely, and should any signs of regrowth appear in the future, please don't hesitate to notify us immediately. We are dedicated to working with you to ensure a comfortable living environment.

Aparment management from hell

New management turns already bad apartment complex into a living nightmare. No notice when cutting WATER for DAYS, Something broken? have an issue and need to talk to management? Good luck! And forget about touching your entry way they dont allow WELCOME MATS in front of your door or anything else for that matter. Cops basically occupy the area and park for hours blocking cars in parking spaces and a tow company was recently instructed to come by three times a day by management.

Now I can give a five star review. I have lived here off and on for several years. The past management have been very difficult and incompetent. This new management has a very good manager neme, "Elizabeth" 'who has turned this place around for the good. Common sense and focus goes a long way. Scott R.

Zero stars if I could

Worst management. Loud neighbors 24/7. Water gets shut off with no notice. Trash all over the parking lot and in the garden areas. Don’t plan on having visitors unless you want their car towed cause all the visitor spots are taken by broke down vehicles that management won’t take care of.
