Lived here for five years. New management took over around 7 months ago. They are by far the worst management I have ever had at any complex. I'm half way through my lease still have yet to get my upgrades and several maintenance requests have been pending since they took over. They can't keep track of financial stuff. They have made several mistakes with over or under charging me. They are not flexible when it comes to having to pay rent the first Friday of the month if it's past the 4th. The... late fee is 100$ Even if you tell them in advance. I can't wait to get out of here!!!!!

Convenient, Pet Friendly, Great Management
The Crossings is a great value. Close to Portland, pet friendly, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, three blocks to the 205 and bus stops. Soon to be MAX accessible. The units are clean and newer. Views of Mt. Hood. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. There is typically a wait list for one bedroom units. The 2 bedrooms are more spacious and affordable than anything you'll find closer to Portland.
