I have lived here for about a month now and so far I've had a overall good experience. I really appreciate the new appliances and the modern design. My neighbors have been very respectful and quiet. Maintenance requests have been addressed promptly, and the office staff have always been very helpful, professional, and friendly. I've never before had such a fantastic experience with apartment office staff, so shout-out to our awesome office people! My only notable complaint is the package... delivery room- it can be inconvenient to use, especially because recently it was completely inaccessible for a few days due to a lock malfunction. This isn't a big enough issue though to hurt my overall experience.

I absolutely love everything about Alta since moving in! The office staff is amazing and very communicative! The maintenance is very prompt and responsive and quick to get things done! The neighbors have all been so amazing thus far! From the complex we came from, this place is phenomenal! I really feel like I made the right choice moving here!
