There very friendly and also really communicative. They work with you as much as they can to fit your comfort needs. Though there was a few issues around the apartment they were able to fix it right away! Thank you guys very much!

Overall the community is really nice and quiet. It is kept very clean on the grounds and the inside of the units is great. The staff is super nice too. Everyone does a great job, are super helpful and always wonderful to talk to. Gabby and Derek are my favorite!! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish there were a few more upgrades like gas fire places instead of wood, stacked washer and dryer so there was more useable storage space inside, more lighting and ceiling fans, and... the garages had openers and were not as expensive.

I've been here 6 months, the water gets shut off multiple times a month since we got in and the water costs us more than our last place that was more than double the size and 2 more adults. It's been over $200 every month - whatever leak they are dealing with shouldn't be on the residents. Also, ants must live in the walls because they are relentless (but we do live on the bottom floor of a place built in the 90s..). so we have to just live with traps.
Even more, about the building, it's draft... central. This first winter I've gone around putting new seals on doors myself because you could basically see through lock area while door was shut and the windows are just old non-effiiecent ones. Lastly, on top of every appliance needing work done already, anything else they've done, I've gone behind them to fix what they do - outlet got changed but didn't work. Thanks for the outlet but I had to rewire myself to make it work. Go somewhere else, can't recommend at the moment.
