The apartments are lovely, the location is great, the staff is excellent, and the common areas are well maintained. I have lived here three years, and highly recommend it.

Mercato Grove is n exceptional Residential Community. The amenities are lovely, the location is exceptional, the apartments are modern and with high end appliances, and fixtures. The cleaning staff keeps the facility immaculate. The Management team and Maintenance Crew are exceptionally courteous, concerned and helpful. The grounds and landscaping are exceptional, making walks such a pleasure! it is a wonderful bonus having the Apartment Complex being Dog Friendly! I cannot imagine a more... wonderful place to live than Mercado Grove!
