old community, good environment and neighborhood. Good school. Only problem with the commute since I have to catch the bus and for that I have to walk a lot. That too with the groceries if coming by bus, it is very difficult. You can not book the Uber/Lyft all the time.

Parkridge Apartments is the best complex in Lake Oswego...unless you want to spend double the amount. And even then, equivalent apartments have less storage space than Parkridge. The updated units are cozy, the grounds are nicely landscaped, and the buildings are spread out (rather than crowded together). The office staff are kind, efficient, respectful, and overall very personable. The maintenance staff are the best...highly skilled, go above and beyond, and I can't say enough about them. ... The location is safe and very convenient......to shopping, medical, parks, transportation and more. Highly recommended.

This is a nice, quiet, and well kept complex. They management is friendly and helpful. There are community events regularly and they are making improvements around the property consistently. It's a great to place to live in Lake Oswego!

I’ve lived here for over 6 years and I enjoy it a lot. The amenities like the pool, gym and dog park are great additions. As with any complex there can be frustrations like loud neighbors, slamming doors and people not cleaning up after their animals. Overall I feel happy to live here and appreciate the staff for working hard to make this place run!
