Application process was fast and simple. Office staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. These units were highly recommended! The location has great access to many grocery stores, shopping centers and parks.

We love our apartment with great views. Staff is amazing! We love how quiet the community is at night and how clean the property is.

I've lived here for almost five years. The apartments are perfectly positioned for shopping, leisure, and dining. It's a sad fact, but as charming as Heatherbrae is, down the road, these units are going to require serious renovations to restore their inherent charm.

I’ve overall enjoyed living here and like my apartment. The management company seems to do their best to maintain the property and keep things nice. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are a big plus and well-kept.

That said, there are some drawbacks. The police are called here fairly often, and there are sometimes loud fights or yelling in the parking lot. It would help if management were a bit more selective with tenants. Also, while the pool is great, it often gets overcrowded... in hot weather with people I rarely see around the complex, so I’m not sure they all live here.

Overall, it’s been a good experience living here, but there are definitely areas that could be improved. Read More
