-There will be an additional security deposit required (fully refundable) determined by number of pets.
-A pet screening for each pet must be completed at petscreeningcom. $20 first pet. $15 each additional pet. This profile is required to be maintained during tenancy with updated records. it is $10 dollars each year.
-Mountain Top Property Management will let you know when to start your pet profile after viewing
your application.

- Proof of spay/neutering is required for each pet.
-Proof of current core vaccination administered by a veterinarian
