The apartment building is very nice. The staff is very polite. The amenities are perfect and I love the gym and the rooftop. The location is perfect as well and rent is cheap.

Recently moved into Amara and its been a great experience thus far. Emerson was very helpful from application-to-move-in day!
Proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and local businesses, etc. is phenomenal.

Nice place to live, great building with nice amenities, but don’t like the sheer window treatments as it lets light in and makes it hard to sleep in the morning. I don’t like the fact that I can only open one window 1/4 way in. It doesn’t help with air circulation or let in much fresh air. Also wish they had car chargers for my plug-in hybrid. All in all, I’m pretty satisfied.
