I agree with the previous review, management does not care about long term tenants. They will do whatever it takes to get you in for a year, couldn't care less if you stick around. There are new leasing agents all of the time, very high turn over rate. Incredibly unresponsive and difficult to get a hold of. Overall I will say the building is pretty nice and has a great roof top. The gym is nice but very small and is getting over crowded. My advice: if they are having a great deal on a unit, take... it for a year and then get out! Otherwise, the price for these units aren't worth it, other buildings nearby have much more to offer for similar prices.

A Place NOT a home
Marathon Management puts money over all else. They don’t care about longer term tenants, just filling up their gaping properties. Even a fee to pay rent (and the only option is online.) This building has loud tenants who often violate noise and smoking rules. Many who moved in recently are rude and inconsiderate. There is no way to buzz up guests and it feels like a gilded cage. The materials in the apartments are very pale, not life friendly— I suspect this is because they want to try to keep... deposits. The management loudly discusses all manner of things that would be much more polite in a private setting. No one seems to want to pay for parking in the lot ($250/mo.) so parking is hard to find and your car may get smashed by rude drivers and visitors to the neighborhood. Oh and there is NO shade on the roof deck. At all. It’s an entire building of form over function and very little regard for normal, hardworking people. We often joke that it is perfect for unfeeling robots, and unfeeling robots only. If you don’t plan on trying to feel cozy and ‘home-y’ than this is the place for you!

I appreciate your candid review of Arris Apartments. I do want to let you know that rent can be paid online or by mail to the Corporate office ( with no fee). We are happy to talk about any issues you may be having with residents in the building... and noise issues, as we do not tolerate noise disturbances on the property. As for shade on the rooftops, we do have a few umbrellas on order, due to COVID supplies have been hard to get and they were put behind, when they get here you will love them! We are here for you if you need us! Have a great weekend!
