Actual apartment is fine, lack of security and bad tenants.
The rooms are quite nice actually. The issue is a lack of proper security. Shady folks come in and out due to tenants handing out the code. Yes a code, the complex doesnt use fobs like every other rental complex ive seen, and there are no cameras to really track these people coming and going. Bikes were stolen. Cars were getting there gas tanks drilled into again recently out front which is awesome to worry about every night. Smells like meth is being sold and smoked on the 3rd floor at times.... During the colder months you will be climbing over houseless people who have some how found a way into your hallway and small main area. There are a couple of tenants who are constantly fighting and throwing things around the aparment. About a year is gone now and nothing has really changed except a front door that actually closes and locks all the way. Good luck.
