The floor plan is great. However I’m finding I dislike the key fob system. Getting groceries in is a hassle. The door won’t prop open (the hook is bent on the door). Getting locked out on a weekend if you forget your fob is a pain.
The pool/hot tub closes earlier than most other apartments that remain open until 10pm.
Not having patio storage is difficult. Most apts offer that and you don’t have to pay extra
The pet screening paperwork is rediculous and complex compared to other apts. the... amount of info required is beyond necessary
The carport lights shine in my window brightly
No natural light. I feel like I live in a dark cave
Garbage shoot smells the hallways up

The laundry room is so cool! I'm happy to live here and my apartment has a vent for a portable a/c! I've never had a double sized patio before!
