This place is terrible. Don’t move here.

It’s awful management is terrible. Don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it. You won’t be able to sleep or live here. You will never feel safe or at home.

They will give you no where to park then tow your car , management is incompetent and maintenance is slow and unresponsive. I would rather be homeless than live here.

Stay, far away

Definitely the worst apartment I’ve lived in!
I’ve dealt with violence, fighting neighbors pulling the fire alarms at 3am to disrespectful pet owners refusing to clean up after their pets…in the elevators and everywhere one would think.
Catalytic converters are being stolen in “secured” parking ($160/month) with cameras and the management fails to even investigate. Parking is another story but if you want piece of mind, this isn’t the place.

I’ve enjoyed it here.

This place is exactly what I needed, when I needed to move suddenly. All the staff have always been helpful and kind so it’s a shame people have reported otherwise. I’ve loved it here.

With any apartment however there is the downside of sharing any space with others. Most of my poor experiences have been with other tenants, not staff. People slamming doors at 4:00 in the morning, letting their dogs poop in the walkways and not clean up after them, and on one occasion, one person making an...
accusation that I stole her package. I’m still confused by how she came to that conclusion, as I did not.

If say the most negative thing about the complex itself is the parking situation. It’s out of control. I’m lucky enough to have a spot but I pay an insane amount for it every month. To a point where I would have rented elsewhere for a bit more if I would have known.

Part of the problem, is that these are mostly studio apartments, that have more than one adult dwelling in a lot of them with multiple cars (as it was explained to me) and these units were just not built for that. It’s also not close enough to a transit station to justify not having a car for most people in my opinion. Again, this issue has been created by other tenants living here.

Otherwise I have enjoyed living here, and will continue to do so until I’m ready to move into a bigger place. I want to thank the staff for being so patient and kind with me, and always being so quick to be helpful when I’ve needed it.
