Rotten Egg - Sewage Smell

I’ve lived in these apartments for the past year. I have been experiencing a horrible smell emanating from my bathrooms In my unit. I have contacted management on several occasions but the answer i get is “it’s probably the sewage line.” No other assistance has been given.

Courtside Apts

great location - bus stop (serviced by two lines) practically at your door step. the building were built to be energy efficient (very low electricity bills), with the exception of the windows - they were not sealed properly so there may be a problem with condensation at times. washer and dryer in each unit ... floor plans are okay.. for the most part I enjoy living here, it is quiet and clean - the main selling point to this complex is it's location ... bus lines; 3 major grocery stores... within a few blocks etc.,

what I don't like about living here is ... the current management company ... they don't care about the tenants and when you call with a question/concern or a problem you are made to feel like you are causing them a problem ... plus the management office is not open during the weekend ... parking has always been a problem, there are enough spaces, both covered; garage slots but I seem to have a problem with others parking in my reserved space A LOT and because most people know that the tow away signs are an empty threat and that there is no one to call it continues to happen. regarding the "utility" bill that is now attached to your rent/lease payment - there has to be a better way, my utility bill is more each month and I know that I am not wasting water and have one bag of garbage and maybe one bag of recycled material weekly ... so make sure you know that in the last year, my "utility" bill has doubled within the last year along with a rent/lease increase - frustrating because you have no way of know what your portion of the utility bill actually is ... the location is what keeps me here, plus I rent because I don't want to have to take care of a yard work; up keep etc., that comes along with owning a home
