Management is terrible, it takes weeks to get them to acknowledge requests. The only good thing about me living here was having a good relationship with the previous maintanence manager who I would go to directly with complaints. You can hear literally EVERYTHING from your neighbors. I got to listen to all my neighbor's conversations, rounds of morning sickness, fights, make ups, break ups, drunken parties, etc. There is absolutely no sound proofing at all. The lights outside constantly go off... all night long so get ready to invest in a good pair of headphones and an eye mask or you'll never sleep. The windows are drafty as hell so you can feel a breeze from them all year long and there was nothing they could do to fix it. You also cannot turn off your bathroom ceiling fan and it is loud.
