The front office is failing to get to me the revised lease renewal. It's been 3 weeks I've been asking for the paperwork to sign. 2nd failing, it's been over TWO MONTHS that the kitchen cabinet doors were damaged by the sink overflowing due to another units cloged drains and removed for repair. I'm still waiting.

Love the apartment open concept. The building is very safe and secure. Super clean and well taken care of. The staff and maintenance people are friendly and professional. Great location.

I like the apartment. The only complaint would be that the walls are a little thin. And especially at night, you can sometimes hear people in the hallway or the neighbors. It's not very loud, but it is distinct.
