Parkside Commons has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. All of our apartments have lots of storage, including a pantry in the 1-bedroom units, and a second closet in the master bedroom in the 2 and 3 bedroom units. All units have a sliding door that opens onto a patio, deck or balcony. Assigned off-street parking, 1 free parking space is included with the unit. Additional parking and garages available to rent.

Residents pay $55 to $75 toward water, sewer and garbage, depending on unit size. Tenants pay own electricity (PGE). 12-month lease.

Screening fee is $60 for Applicants 18 years of age and older. Our screening company verifies all information, conducts a criminal background check and obtains a credit report.
