I've lived at this place for a few years now, saving up to buy a house.
The location is good- it's very close to a lot of conveniences. I have no complaints about the maintenance staff- I see those guys busting their butts all the time. The condition of my apartment is good and they respond promptly as long as I tell them directly that I have a problem.
In the last several months, the office manager has basically been absent. Posted office hours are almost never adhered to, with the office... closed randomly several days per week. Many days it closes early or opens late, and one or two days a week they just post a crappy sign saying "office closed" and don't bother showing up at all. The very irregular office hours make it difficult to find a time to pay rent on the day it's due, if you happen to have a job to get to. Since packages get dropped off in the office if they are too big for your mailbox, I sometimes have to wait a week or more to get lucky enough to catch someone in the office so I can pick up my package.
The pool stayed closed this year, and they have stopped enforcing assigned parking spaces and use of the lot by people that don't live here. A few vehicles have been abandoned in place for weeks with no action from management. Either the company is going under and can't afford a full time manager anymore (and just don't want to tell anyone), or they hired the laziest piece of crap imaginable as an office manager after Wade and Lena left. Either way, they are not interested enough to fix the problem, and this place is going downhill fast as a result.

Wonderful experience
Extremely friendly staff, fast maintenance and very clean apartments! My husband and I lived here for three years and we loved it. The only reason we move was for a third bedroom hoping to expand our family. The granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are very nice. I love that the whole apartment was tile floor. It was very easy to clean up and maintain.

Worst apartments ever! RUDE owner, manager Wade is great but the owner of this place is horrid. Mold problems (was told I had to keep my things FIVE inches off of walls connected to outside). Smokers (marijuana included) EVERYWHERE and you can smell it everywhere! Drunks everywhere too. Have had people banging on the outside of my walls and then hear glass bottles being thrown near the trash cans. This place is god awful and just purely for trailer trash. STAY FAR AWAY. And do NOT believe what... they show you when you look at these places!

Moldy Times at Sunnyside Park
I was so excited when I was shown the preview apartment. It was gorgeous. But, then when I moved in I got an apartment prone to mold, ants, and one with so many problems.... They up rent every other month and now it's beyond expensive for all the problems it has. We plan on moving as soon as possible! Beware!

Sunnydale Apartments - Better Than The Street
The owner is cheap and the apartments and facilities show. A tennis court without a net - a pool that is subjectively clean - laundry facilities overpriced and sporadically open. The inside requires far more space than given here. It is livable. Just livable.
