The units are very nice and cheaper then most apartments in the area. Lots of great amenities and located close to downtown.

Terrible experience with this building. Received a final statement after moving out and they are charging me $165 for "utilities" when I have paid every month, taking it from my deposit that I now have no control over. The manager Sydney reviewed this final statement and signed it without double checking my past utility payments. Now it's Wednesday and I have not heard back from them after I have been trying to contact them since Friday after I have emailed and called numerous times. Avoid this... building. They are money hungry and do not care about you.

Unfortunately we have been short staffed the last few days due to illness and our coverage had limited access to your account to be able research the matter,... otherwise we aim to reply to all contact attempts w ithin 1 business day. We did already speak in person to clear up the confusion on utilities being billed for past usage and are about 45 days behind. However, please let us know if there is anything else we can do to clear up the confusion. We do care about our resident's experience and always strive to treat everyone fairly and in accordance with the lease agreement. Living at the Dylan has been such a pleasant change from living on the East side. It feels like a community. The leasing office has been so helpful when I’ve had questions. Maintenance team has gone above and beyond to handle any service requests I’ve had since moving in.
