Not good with follow thru and communication

Frank estate management will not call or email me back even though they owe money. I was a good renter and paid on time and they owe me money and have not paid me. I have tried many many times to get a hold of someone in management and I have had no luck. They said to call them so we could work things out and I do and they never called me back. Living there was nice, but dealing with management is a terrible experience!

Never makes repairs

I have had a fridge that hums and shakes the whole apartment for 15 months, due to covid they could fix it. But when my washer broke they fixed that. I have been calling since I have been vaccinated for 5 months 1-2 times a week they finally put a work order in a month and half ago. Still nothing. The pool is still not open, due to repairs. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because of the scenery

Be prepared

I would give this one star if it weren't for the dog park and the beautiful setting, which, despite poor irrigation and constant issues with mud, are the only redeemable aspects of this place. The worst part is that it does not have nearly enough parking spots for the high density of tenants per unit. If you live past the entrance, parking is nearly impossible in the evenings and you can expect to spend an extra 15 to 20 minutes driving around and even longer walking up to a quarter mile to get... to your apartment (sometimes through the aforementioned mud). If you have mobility issues and you can't afford an extra $200 for a parking spot, then I highly recommend that you don't rent here. Another negative aspect is the constant construction, which has been going 5-6 days a week for the last year that I have lived here. One of my windows was broken, as we're the windows of two others that I know of, and a stray nail popped the tire on my car. I know that these things are largely out of management's control, but after 6 years of living here it is obvious that the companies interests are always centered over the tenant experience. This "luxury" apartment complex makes me long for my bargain apartment above the plaid pantry dumpster in the city.

Disaster appartment on move-in, terrible communication

Our apartment was a disaster the day we got the keys. Resolving these issues has been like pulling teeth. Terrible communication here, and still no timeframes for fixes.

Horrible Management!

Second month of having a porta-potty placed 10 ft from my bedroom window and front door for the construction workers that have destroyed all landscaping and any appeal that there was to living here. Also, there is very little parking available and then construction workers place no parking signs and take precedent over the paying tenants and park throughout the complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Property Manager at The Frank Estate responded to this review

We're very sorry to hear of your frustrations. We are currently completing a re-siding project that is quite a process, but the end result will be beautiful! That being said, our community manager will be meeting with the construction supervisor this... week to discuss your concerns in more detail. We sincerely appreciate our residents' patience and understanding during this time. Thank you, The FE Team
